PROJECT HIGHLIGHT | DENHAM COURT
We meet Mladdin & Debbie after they purchased a new spa for their home in Denham Court. During our meeting we knew we need to design something that matched their modern, bold, aesthetic. We visited their home for a site measure and check, and brough a selection of decking and cladding samples. They were able to confirm the colours they liked and would best suit their home. From there we drafted a design concept, and a quote.
DESIGN CONCEPT | DENHAM COURT
The homeowners Mladdin & Debbie had a vision of lush greenary around the boundary, and we knew instantly the Woodevo Deep Castellation Cladding in Black would make for a dramatic backdrop. We also chose to incorporate the cladding into the steps around the spa.
For the decking we used Trex Lineage in the colour Jasper. Trex lineage is a top tier range, with unbeatable fade and stain resistance, as well as a 50 Year Warranty.
The main highlight within the Trex Lineage range is that it is designed with heat migating technology, that keeps it cooler under foot. It is currently the coolest composite decking on the market - literally.

Material selections are at the forefront of what we do. We have partnered with the biggest ranges in Australia, so we can continue to offer the highest quality this industry has to offer.
Trex is designed and manufactured in America, and set the standard for composite decking worldwide, with it's top range capping solutions. As a WPC (Wood Plastic Composite), it's created with a combination of plastic and wood shavings (instead of wood dust) creating a solid, cooler, decking board. The colour selection is Jasper, medium browns with black subtle hues give this board a more natural feel on a large scale.
For the wall cladding we used Woodevo, Deep Castellation Cladding. The profile offers deep extrusion, allowing for a more dramatic look when installed. The colour black is striking in itself. Woodevo is based in Melbourne and designed here in Australia. Accomodating our weather and ensuring the product is fade resistant in our harsh Summers. Wall Cladding has comes so far over the years, and with the impact it has it's easy to see why. It really transforms everyday backyard homes and colorbond fencing, into something extroadinary.
RESULT | DENHAM COURT
Stunning. These tones compliment each other so well and have become a customer favourite here in Denham Court. Texture has a huge impact when designing an outdoor area. Therefore adding cladding throughout the spa and decking, as well as greenary really completes an outdoor living design. We installed a border around the whole deck, for a neat finish. With two large areas we created different orientations for each section, allowing them to appear as two different entertaining areas. The first step up to the spa has a herringbone design, a feature that is aesthetically pleasing. And the most practical upgrade is the double edge border corner, which doubles as a feature for either drinks and snacks, or easy access in and out of the spa and seating.
