Our residential building work in NSW is covered by the statutory warranties in the Home Building Act 1989. That means 6 years for major defects and 2 years for other defects, from completion of the work. If you’ve got a question about warranty cover on a Ballard’s Carpentry job, get in touch, and we’ll walk you through it.
